Volunteer: Help Feed those in Need in our Community

Help feed those in need in our community by making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or meat (turkey or beef bologna) and cheese sandwiches  (no mustard or mayo on the bread).  Place each sandwich into a sealed sandwich baggie. You can also make utensil packets for our guests.  The packets include a plastic fork, napkin, salt and pepper packet in a sealed baggie.   Please drop off these donations, Mon-Fri, 9-3, or Sat, 11-noon, at our loading dock behind our building at 1514 Federal St., Camden, NJ.  Please complete our donation log when dropping off items.  Any amount of sandwiches and utensil packets is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Volunteer: Grocery Shopping with an Elderly Neighbor!

Our volunteers are matched with an elderly community member in Lower Merion or Narberth to go grocery shopping every other week.  Depending on the client, the volunteer can drop the shopper off at the store and pick them up after about an hour, or accompany the shopper to offer assistance with selecting groceries.  The volunteer would also load the car and carry the groceries to the client's door.  The hours can be evenings/weekends or during the weekday.
